Job Summary: The Tuberculin Vaccination & Livestock Selection and Transfers Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and administering tuberculin testing across all livestock units at PHL (across all 7 sections). This role ensures accurate execution and documentation of tests, proper identification of TB-positive livestock, and effective coordination during the Tuberculosis (TB) control programme. Key Responsibilities: • Administer tuberculin testing across all livestock units within PHL. • Assist with the physical execution of tests to ensure they are performed accurately across all stock groups. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all test results for each livestock unit. • Clearly identify, mark, and separate any TB-positive livestock from their original groups during testing. • Follow instructions from the Production Manager (C. Mason) regarding the relocation and holding areas for TB-positive animals. • Coordinate and manage operations during the TB eradication programme across all PHL sections. • Provide additional support in general cattle management practices as assigned by the Production Manager. |
