Lead the production team, including department managers, supervisors, and staff, to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the facility. Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and achieve production targets. Monitor production processes and quality control systems to ensure that products meet company standards and customer requirements. Identify opportunities to improve production processes and drive operational efficiency, implementing changes and improvements as necessary. Manage the budget for the production department, controlling costs and maximizing profitability. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers, negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to production operations, health and safety, and environmental standards. Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and creativity within the production team. |
