Profile - Roles and Responsibilities | |||||||||||
Develop and implement logistics strategies for B2B clients. Work closely with production, sales and planning department to ensure appropriate product allocation. Ensure customer satisfaction. Manage relationships with corporate clients and logistics partners. Coordinate and oversee the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods. Monitor and improve supply chain efficiency and performance. Cost optimization : Work to optimize transportation costs while maintaining high levels of service. Negotiate contracts with transport service providers to ensure competitive rates. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement. Set up KPIs (key performance indicators) to assess operational efficiency. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective initiatives. Managing all costs associated with the B2B activities (route management, team management, cost management, etc.). |
