|
Developing long-term plans for business growth and profitability. Lead the mill processing plant team, managing all processing personnel and resources. Managing daily operations at the feed mill, including meeting production and productivity targets Assessing the quality of incoming ingredients and outgoing products for compliance with industry standards. Ensure that the mill runs at the highest possible processing efficiency. Manage the Occupational Health and Safety program. Supervising flour mill personnel to maintain productivity, plant cleanliness, and overall flour mill performance. Maintaining and improving upon production efficiencies, waste reduction, and process improvements. Follows, understands, and trains teams in all areas of policies and procedures, including quality and production SOPs, safety standards and GMPs. Ensures required company records and forms are maintained. Reports any defective materials or questionable conditions to plant management and/or maintenance. Develop SOPs and PMs for flour mill processes and equipment. |
