Skills in mechanics and hydraulics to maintain various machines. Ensuring safe operation in workshop as well as housekeeping maintained up to standard. Develop local skills by working closely with local employees together. Organising the work schedule of a busy workshop. To implement suitable Health & Safety Systems within the workshop and its functions. Ensuring that all work/maintenance is recorded and carried out in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures Schedule maintenance periods for all vehicle & mechanical equipment and maintain appropriate records Preparation of Workshop budget of all spares and inventory and ensuring that the budget is not exceeded. |
