Assistant - IT Support/ERP Support Executive

Profil - Rôles et responsabilités

To act as the 'customer support desk' for all Odoo-related queries which come from all departments each day. 

To troubleshoot basic problems and act as first point of contact prior to escalation (if any needed) to the main ERP manager.
Exigences supplémentaires
  1. Salary - USD 800 net per month.
  2. Excellent knowledge in French/Swahili.
  3. Working knowledge of English.

  • Strong analytical skills
