Dispatch and monitor trucks for timely pickups and deliveries. Communicate daily with drivers to ensure on-time performance and address issues. Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel consumption records, and delivery confirmations. Prepare daily/weekly reports on fleet activity, delays, and issues encountered. Record and report any accidents, incidents, or non-compliance. Monitor vehicle servicing, inspections, and maintenance schedules. Ensure all trucks are roadworthy and compliant with transport regulations. Plan and allocate loads to trucks based on availability and delivery priorities. Maintain an efficient delivery schedule while optimizing routes and fuel usage. compliance with logistics procedures;
