I. SHIFT •Day (06h45 am.-05h45 pm.) : 1 Supervisor •Night (05h45 pm.-06h45 am) : 2 Supervisors II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. The Supervisor is responsible for the deployment of guards, which he submits to the Security Manager for approval before each shift. 2. The Supervisor is responsible for checking the written reports from each post and ensuring compatibility between these reports and the situation on the ground. 3. The Supervisor ensures the inspection round over the entire extent of the installations according to a frequency and method defined by the Security Manager and reports. During these rounds, he notes all irregularities of the posts (and between posts) and takes appropriate measures and/or reports immediately. 4. He helps the fixed-post agents to resolve the problems they encounter and, if necessary, inform the Security Manager. 5. He supports the Security Guards posted at the gates with regard to access control and directs public service agents to the appropriate office. 6. The Supervisor keeps attendance records and ensures daily monitoring of guards. 7. The Supervisor collects all the vouchers (delivery note, receipt note, entry, exit, etc...) at the end of the day after checking the movement of goods and presents them to the Security Manager. 8. The Supervisor must attend the gauging at the fuel station and report in the logbook the level and index at the start and end of each day. 9. In the event of fuel supply for the operation of the plant, the Supervisor must attend the operations; check the presence of the seals, take the indexes and note the distribution of the quantity supplied for each container. He ensures the compatibility between the delivery note and the receipt note. 10. In the event of a serious incident or accident, he must immediately inform the Security Manager and actively participate in the evacuation of the injured to the work medical center or to the hospital. 11. During the night shift, one of the Supervisors is responsible for viewing the video surveillance in real time and establishing the hourly report after the radio calls from all the posts while the other is responsible for the patrol with sending to the Security Manager the QR code report after each complete round. |
