Main Responsibilities: The main responsibilities are to oversee the daily operations of ticketing and reservations, ensuring smooth processing and adherence to airline policies, and resolving employee issues related to their tickets. This role involves implementing strategies to reduce the ticket costs and manage complex booking inquiries while adhering to budget constraints and company policies. Duties/Responsibilities: ● Oversee ticketing processes: - Ticket booking request, - Cost comparison, - Self cross checking, - Decision making, - Issuing Process. ● Supervise and monitor ticketing agents ● Handle employee’s inquiries, resolve issues, and provide efficient solutions related to their flight tickets. ● Collaborate with the Management team to implement process improvements and enhance service quality. ● Monitor Ticket purchase performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to Reduce Cost. ● Ensuring the track of tickets that require dummy tickets ● Ensure adherence to airline policies and procedures. ● Manage our ticketing database and ensure accurate data entry ● Generate and analyze ticket booking reports every end of the month. ● Other projects get assigned from time to time. |
