Trade Marketing Representative (Dry Business) • Provide excellent customer service through developing a regular route/call pattern to make product placement displays, and place in-store and out of store point of sale material. • Create, nurture and maintain positive professional business relationships and communication with shop staff for the benefit of Gocongo business. • Negotiate & secure dominant share of visibility, directly behind-the-sales counter eye-level shelf space for Gocongo biscuits placement using the argumentation provided. • Execute weekly visits at an average of between 100 to 125 retail stores per week as assigned. • Place biscuits on the shelf as per the planogram while maintaining the model in case of out of stocks of some SKUs. • Complete all mandatory questions and provide additional information using the data collection and reporting tool used by Gocongo from time to time for example Google form. • Gather market and competitor insights and report them timeously. • Distribute product information pamphlets to traders as assigned from time to time. • Report Out of Stock (OOS) and relay and information brought to your attention that may impact on the business such as quality issues to management. • Establish quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily priorities and areas of focus to continue to grow Gocongo business in the assigned area. • Update any Out of Date or damaged POSM in your assigned area. • Report Weekly Summary of Activity |
